Downeast Cider was founded in 2011 in Boston, Massachusetts with a simple mission: make unfiltered, craft cider that tastes like real apples. Unlike many commercial ciders that are filtered and sweetened, Downeast keeps its ciders unfiltered to preserve the natural apple character and subtle complexity. All Downeast ciders are made from American-grown apples and contain no artificial flavors or colors. Their Original Blend quickly became a fan favorite for its authentic, fresh-pressed apple taste, and the brand has since expanded into a wide range of seasonal and flavored varieties.
